The following terms and conditions should be strictly followed by the customer unless the AXA will not be responsible and customer cannot claim any compensation if any inconvenience happended
- Do not wash your hair to downward direction.
- Comb your hair before going to bed.
- Use shampoo, conditioner at least twice a week
- Dry well with drier.
- Service within 3 months is compulsory.
- If you want to alter the work already done, no refunds will be given to the former work.
- Avoid tangling while you sleep, please do braid before sleep.
- All disputes, differences and / or claim arising out of these presents or in any way touching or concerning the same or as to constructions, meaning or effect thereof or to the rights and liabilities of the parties shall be settled by the Arbitration to be held in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The contents of the aforesaid terms and conditions were read out, explained and interpreted to the customer in his/her on language after the said terms and conditions was duly understood by the customer and thereafter put the signature.
